What is Meals Ready-To-Eat, MRE?

Instant ration meals, also known as Meals Ready-to-Eat (MREs), are traditionally referred to as military rations or field rations. They are specially designed for extreme environments, military operations, and emergency disaster preparedness. MREs are characterized by being ready to eat upon opening, easy to carry, high in calories and nutrition, and having a very long shelf life. Traditionally, they were developed as food for soldiers, but because of their portability and convenience, many people today also bring them along for outdoor adventures.

With aseptic sterilization and vacuum packaging, our MRE can last for 4-5 years at ambient temperature when stored properly.

Hot Rice Ready In 15 Minutes

Simply add water to activate the self-heating design, and in just 15 minutes you can enjoy a hot, tasty meal with ease and convenience.
If you do not use the self-heating pack, the rice can also be heated by boiling in water (5–8 minutes) or in a microwave (less than 2 minutes).

Tasty & Never Too Salty 

To achieve a long shelf life at room temperature, most ready-to-eat rations tend to be quite salty. After extensive searching and testing, we found MREs that are still delicious without being excessively salty!
